Don Lander is a Deacon at Sarasota Baptist Church, and a Seminary student at South Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Glen and his wife Chrissy served from 2001-2002 on the mission field in Honduras. After that Glen served as pastor at Hebron Baptist Church in Dacula, Ga for 15 years. Glen also served as a Gwinnett County Police Chaplain.
In 2018 Glen, Chrissy, their 4 boys moved to Sarasota where Glen served as pastor of family ministries, missions, and discipleship at Sarasota Baptist Church.
In 2025, Glen left to work with the Florida Baptist Convention and the North American Mission Board to plant 'One Church' in Sarasota.
As a US Army veteran, Glen loves the outdoors, watching sunsets at Turtle Beach with his wife, and going on adventures with his boys.
Paul and his family have lived in the Sarasota & Bradenton area since 2002, which is where he and his wife Victoria were married.
They have 5 kids aged 12 through 20. Paul loves being a Floridian having spent nearly all his life in Southwest Florida. He has been a pastor since 2012 and also works in commercial finance.
